The whole design is developed with the existing site condition, which is a canal situated in the north side of the site. The client requirement was simple , he wanted a five bedroom home with two living spaces with a nice view to canal from bedroom and for his informal living space. Since the canal was situated in the north side of the site, It was easy to provide more opening to bedroom and living spaces. The whole project is designed with minimal vertical and horizontal design elements , which makes it less complicated and more efficient without losing its aesthetics.
