The site is in the form of a mirrored L, broader at the entrance and narrow towards the end. One of the major concern of the client was to reduce the massiveness of the structure. So in the exterior, instead of solid walls, openings with glass were provided. This in turn maximised transparency throughout the building. 

The entrance occupies built as well aa unbuilt space. The broad sit-out narrows gradually and provides a glimps of a spectacular view of the waterbody and the landscape.
