Malabar Dental Clinic, with an area of 1187 sq.ft is located in the middle of a busy town in Chelari, Malappuram. This space is an extension for a lecture hall and practical classes for students. The design and the material palette is kept minimal to maintain the functionality and aesthetics. The ground floor operates as a dental clinic. Our aim was to integrate both the dental clinic and the lecture hall using stairwell. A glass facade around the stairwell helped in creating an innovative space and allowed visual transparency at the same time. The lush green lawns along with Metallica Terminalia and the glass facade together creates a serene view.
